Stefan Priebsch has seamlessly integrated into our remote culture. Through video meetings, he has helped our team and our software quality advance significantly in a short period of time through coaching, mob programming sessions, and reviews. He has been able to impart a great deal of new knowledge to us in the process.

Legacy systems are often the backbone of successful companies, but they can also become an obstacle to innovation and growth. Modernising existing software is a complex task that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise and a deep understanding of business processes. The disruptions caused by the current AI hype add on to this.
This training course shows you how to systematically transform outdated applications into modern, future-proof solutions with minimal risk. In addition to the traditional refactoring techniques, we will also use with AI support and see where this takes us. You will learn proven strategies and techniques for maintaining ongoing operations while modernising the technical basis.
Using tried-and-tested methods and a structured approach, you will develop the ability to successfully plan and implement complex modernisation projects without jeopardising business.
The training is designed to integrate as easily as possible into your daily work routine.
We start each day with a joint video conference in the morning. During the subsequent longer lunch break, you work independently on a work assignment and still have time for emails or other urgent matters. In the afternoon, there is another joint video conference.
This training course is aimed at software developers and architects who are responsible for modernising existing systems. Project managers and technical decision-makers who plan or supervise modernisation projects will also benefit from the strategies and methods taught.
