What are Credits?

Credits offer the option of prepaid participation in our online training courses. One credit entitles one person to participate in an online training course lasting up to one hour. Credits are valid for one year from the invoice date and are freely transferable. They therefore offer maximum flexibility when booking training courses.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I purchase credits?
You can order credits from us at any time by email and on account.
How much is one credit worth?
Each credit has a value of EUR 99 (net). This allows you to pay for up to one hour of training for one participant.
Can I get a refund for credits?
Credits cannot be refunded, but they offer maximum flexibility in terms of use and are valid for one year from the invoice date. You are sure to find an alternative training program with us within this period.
Are credits transferable?
Yes, credits are transferable. We do not check who redeems them, but assume that the person in question is authorised to do so.
Can I pay for part of a training course with credits?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at present. Training courses can be purchased either by invoice or with credits. Of course, you can purchase the missing credits at any time.
Can I also pay for “Ask me Anything” and “Show me your Code” with credits?
Ask me Anything and Show me your Code are USPs of our flat rate and cannot be paid for with credits. However, you can always take advantage of our consulting services, which we will then bill separately.
What should I do if my credits are about to expire?
We will remind you in good time before your credits expire (12 months after the invoice date). You can also use your credits to pay for training courses that take place after the credits have expired.
