The proper use of object-oriented programming is essential when applications become extensive. The PHP programming language sometimes presents developers with special challenges, as the language has a procedural past.

That's why we still find many code examples and applications on the Internet that, from today's perspective, fall far short of PHP's capabilities.

With versions 7 and 8, PHP has evolved significantly in recent years. This training teaches the proper use of advanced OOP concepts and modern PHP language constructs for sustainable and easily maintainable code.

The training is designed to integrate as easily as possible into your daily work routine.

We start each day with a joint video conference in the morning. During the subsequent longer lunch break, you work independently on a work assignment and still have time for emails or other urgent matters. In the afternoon, there is another joint video conference.

This training is aimed at everyone who professionally programs PHP and creates or maintains extensive applications.

Prerequisites are basic knowledge in object-oriented programming in PHP or a similar programming language, as taught for example in the training Proper OOP.
